Purchase of an Associate Membership entitles you to one day as an Associate Member of Annual Wild Game Feed, A California Not for Profit Public Benefit Corporation. Your membership includes admission to the Annual Wild Game Feed. Tickets to the Annual Wild Game Feed are not sold separately from an Associate Membership in the Annual Wild Game Feed. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or Associate Membership to anyone.

THIS IS A WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND AN AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE. YOU ARE GIVING UP POSSIBLE LEGAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THIS DOCUMENT. AGREEMENT TO THIS DOCUMENT IS A CONDITION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT(s) OF THE ANNUAL WILD GAME FEED, INC.

1.----I acknowledge that in consideration for the Annual Wild Game Feed, Inc. allowing me to voluntarily participate in their event(s), including the Annual Wild Game Feed, (collectively “Event(s)”) I do hereby forever release, waive, hold harmless and indemnify Annual Wild Game Feed, Inc., each and all of its members, directors, officers, guests, volunteers, employees, vendors, sponsors, insurers, attorneys, private and/or public land owner(s), land lessors, land lessees and/or land occupants and anyone who may make land available whereupon the Event may or shall occur, (the “Released Parties”) from and against all claims, demands, cause and/or causes of action whether in law or equity, damages to my property, injuries to me or my death, which I may have or may acquire by reason of the occurrence of any act or omission which is at the time of same, or thereafter, alleged to be a cause or contribution of claims for injury to me, damages to my property or my death and liability of every nature, including exposure to Covid 19 or the negligent acts or omissions of any Released Party whether such are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, direct or indirect, future or contingent that arise out of my participation in past, present or future Annual Wild Game Feed, Inc. Events, including the event described above.

2.---I further acknowledge that all events and activities associated with the Annual Wild Game Feed, consumption of alcohol by me, my use or misuse of equipment,, horse shoe pitching, water dunking, playing volleyball, &/or games of any kind are inherently dangerous activities and that participation in them as a participant, spectator, individual or volunteer (collectively "participant"), exposes the participant and me to a substantial and serious risk of property damage, personal injury and/or death (the “risks”). I understand and comprehend the risks associated with the Annual Wild Game Feed, Inc. Event, including as enumerated herein, and I hereby expressly assume all such risks of injury to me and/or to my property including the risk of my death. I acknowledge that the avoidance of harm or damages to me from any occurrence of any such risks is my personal responsibility.

3.---On behalf of myself and my representatives, heirs and successors I agree NOT TO SUE or bring myself or through my estate, any lawsuit, action or proceeding against any Released Party, even if they engage in negligent conduct, acts or omissions which directly or indirectly causes or contributes to my injury, damage to my property or my death.
